Installation¶

Requirements¶

• Windows 10/11
• Steam + SteamVR
• A SteamVR-compatible headset

Install (Steam)¶

1. Install SteamVR (if you don’t already have it).
2. Install vrOS from Steam.
3. Start SteamVR.
4. Launch vrOS from your Steam library.

What You Should See¶

• A vrOS Director tray icon in Windows (system tray).
• The vrOS Desktop Control Center window (you can reopen it from the tray icon).

Notes¶

• The launcher sets VROS_ASSETS_DIR to the assets/ folder next to vros-launcher.exe. If files are missing, use Steam “Verify integrity of game files”.
